Necessities for a Relaxing Bubble Bath

Bubble baths are the perfect time to sit back, unwind and forget the daily stresses of life. Relax, unwind and refuel your spirit.

Light some candles, dim the lights, grab a glass of wine and a good book, watch a make-up tutorial on youtube, or simply just sit back and soak. Whatever you find more relaxing. I often browse Instagram stories when I am drawing a bath for the evening to relax. We all have our favorite bath bombs, bubbles, and salts. Here are a few of my favorites.

Bubble Baths and Oils

Some bubble baths are purely for mood setting and scent enjoyment but do not really offer any skin benefits. If you love a light fruity scent, give this one a try. If you are in the mood to relax and unwind I love this one that helps to soothe with a calming lavender scent. If it’s skin benefits you are looking for I highly recommend this Milk Bubble Bar. It makes your skin feel soft and moisturized. My personal favorite is this peony bath oil, you get the enjoyment of a pretty floral scent, with the skin benefits of an oil. It is on the pricey side, but one bottle of this will last for about 20-30 baths.

Bath Bombs and Salts.

If you are looking for a true all over body skincare experience you must try the Butterball bath bomb, it’s the ultimate luxury. Your skin will feel soft and hydrated, it’s my favorite. If you are looking to spend the evening with your husband, or just love a nice sexy scent give the sex bath bomb a try. It not only looks cool but it smells amazing! After a long hard day at work, or exercising sometimes you feel sore and achy. My favorite salt for relaxation and relief is Dr. Teal’s Epsom Salt Soaking Solution. It’s affordable and you can get it almost anywhere.
